How to arrange a repair?

  • Simply reach out to us at am@othiliajewels.com with a brief description of your request, your order number and, if possible, a photo of the piece.
  • We’ll guide you through the next steps, how to ship the piece to us, and provide an estimated timeline and cost before any work begins.
  • For convenience, most repairs can often be completed at our local repair facility in Copenhagen, while more complex restorations are handled by our craftsmen in India.

Please note that resizing and repairs can take time, as each adjustment is handled with care by our local workshop to preserve the integrity of your piece.

Cleaning and maintenance

Over time, fine jewellery deserves a gentle refresh.

We offer professional cleaning, tightening of stones, and general check-ups to help your piece retain its original brilliance. Regular maintenance is recommended for pieces worn daily.

Should your jewellery ever need repair, we can help restore it to its original beauty.

Our skilled artisans can handle everything from re-setting stones and fixing clasps to restoring worn settings or polishing gold.

Pieces that have been engraved, resized, or otherwise modified may not be eligible for return or exchange under our standard return policy.
