Yes, I offer custom designs, including engagement rings and modern heirlooms. Share your ideas with me and I will guide you through the full design and creation process.

What metals and diamonds do you use?
All pieces are crafted in 14K or 18K gold with natural, certified diamonds. I primarily work with GIA and IGI certified stones. Stones below 0.30 are usually not certified. We can also certify the final piece of jewellery, contact me for more details.

How long does a custom piece take?
Most custom designs take 3–6 weeks depending on complexity, stone sourcing, and final approval.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I offer insured worldwide shipping. Delivery times vary by location.

Can I resize my ring?
Most rings can be resized. Email your order details to am@othiliajewels.com for assistance.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Custom pieces are non-refundable due to their personalised nature. Ready-made pieces may be eligible for returns. Contact me for guidance.

How do I care for my jewellery?
Store your jewellery separately in a soft pouch or box and avoid harsh chemicals. You are welcome to contact me for a cleaning guide.

Can I upgrade my diamond in the future?
Yes, diamond upgrades are possible. You might be able to trade in your original stone when purchasing a larger or higher-quality diamond, get in touch for more details.

Do you provide certificates for all diamonds?
All diamonds above 0.30ct come with an IGI or GIA certificate. Smaller accent stones follow industry-standard quality.
