Every bespoke design begins with understanding your vision, your style, and the sentiment behind the piece. From selecting the perfect diamond to refining the smallest design details, we dedicate time and care to ensure every element feels truly yours.

The process is entirely tailored to you, a seamless collaboration that transforms your ideas into a one-of-a-kind jewel, made to be cherished for a lifetime.

How do I book an appointment?

How do I request prices?

If you already have a design in mind, please share the details—such as inspiration photos, preferred gold purity, or diamond specifications—via email at am@othiliajewels.com. We will provide a price estimate as quickly as possible.

Please note that sourcing the best-quality diamonds at the best possible price can take 2–4 days, depending on the complexity of your request.

How long does the process take?

If you have a specific timeline, we will always do we best to accommodate it.
Once your design is finalised, production begins. Creating a bespoke piece typically takes 3–6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the craftsmanship and diamond sourcing.

Do you work with both natural and lab grown diamonds?

Yes. We offer both natural and lab-grown diamonds, and we will help you choose what aligns best with your preference, budget, and desired specifications.

Can I see the diamonds before confirming the order?

Absolutely. We will share detailed videos, certificates, and comparisons of shortlisted diamonds. You can approve the final selection before we start creating your piece.
